We have 4000 square feet manufacturing unit equipped with latest technologies. We make use of advanced machineries in order to enhance productivity and performance of the products. We have well organized lab facilities for melting, moulding, mechanical process, chemical process and for providing heat treatment. In our highly developed workshop we have installed both conventional and CNC machines. The production and manufacturing unit is imbibed with CAD/CAM facility and all the products are manufactured in compliance with ANSI standards. In order to avoid any kind of damage to the packed products, we provide specialized packaging of carton boxes and wooden crates. Our manufacturing unit has the capacity to assemble valves of 24 inches and is also equipped with testing facilities for 2500 class test pump.

We have a modern research and development facility, which is managed and supervised by a team of experienced and highly qualified researchers. They carry out extensive research practices, to develop a range that is durable, low maintenance and cost effective. In addition to this, they initiate new development activities directed at the improvisation of our range, to enhance the quality and features of valves. Working in close association with engineers and CAD/CAM professionals, they conduct research on the new technology developments, and regularly revise the designs of the products.
